Hello
Hi, I’m Romana. I have always been curious about what drives people's behavior, decision-making, and desires. Is it unresolved childhood trauma, the meaning we assign to our experiences, or learned behavioral patterns? I am passionate about creating a safe space where clients can explore their experiences and challenges, helping them unlock new insights and understanding.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and over 15 years of experience as a mental health professional. I have assisted clients in overcoming various challenges, including addiction, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, adverse childhood experiences, trauma, identity struggles, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.
My commitment is to help individuals who feel stuck in unhelpful patterns and disconnected from themselves and others, enabling them to live happier and more fulfilling lives.

I use an integrative approach that is grounded in Attachment and Trauma-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I incorporate somatic, cognitive, and behavioral interventions to promote change and acceptance in my clients' lives.
